We had lunch outside, overlooking the beach. The ambiance was very relaxing. The waiter was very nice and professional. The food was very delicious. We will definitely come back. The only downside was that the blue Hawaiian was GREEN.
Bartender was awesome. We got to see the menu online before we were seated. The waitress was nice. Food came out fast and hot and fresh. Price point was completely fair.
We were heading "next door" originally & decided to Have a quick cocktail & check this place out before heading over. WELL, The atmosphere here, the music & the "Right Next To The Water!" Seating made us decide to stay & have dinner. Best decision we made! Staff was so so friendly, the cocktails tasty. Very fairly priced menu & the Food was Delious and portions def not small. Snd Raw Bar and Seafood! What a view. And best of all, the place is clean & casusl and not "over the edge" so fancy that you would feel uncomfortable coming here in any type of attair. Definitely should give this place a try if you like good food & non stuffy atmosphere.
Location Location Location, is great. A tad expensive. Food was good. Service was slow. Frozen margaritas were great but pricey at $15 each. I’ll be back due to the location.
My sister and I cane here after a day at Sandy Hook, and were looking forward to a good meal. We weren't disappointed. We sat right by the water and had a wonderful waterside view. We started off with cocktails, the mango daiquiri and the blue river, which were very good in liquor strength and size for the low happy hour price. Next, we moved onto stuffed crab and killer oysters for appetizers. We both ordered the Inlet Cafe assortment of grilled seafood. It was very fresh and flavorful. To top it off, we ordered dessert which is reason enough to come here (also for the oysters). The apple tart and smore sundae were sensational, and a marvelous finish to our wonderful meal. Our server, Laura, was friendly and helpful with menu suggestions and drink recommendations. This place had an upbeat atmosphere and was spacious inside and out. Inlet Cafe is on my go to list for this area!
So where do I start? I guess I'll start with, do you see this view? It's unbelievable! The food was great, I highly recommend trying everything, as this was my first experience, I know I'll be coming back. The wait was worth it, we ordered two rum buckets while we waited and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery. The rum buckets are awesome! Give them a try. On my next trip I plan on trying the sushi, it looked great. The sushi chefs know how to make a good looking plate. This spot has easily become one of my go-to spots while down at Sandy Hook. Next time I'm about leave the beach, before I pack up and head back to the car, I'm calling ahead and checking the wait time and getting on the list. Do yourself a favor and try this spot.
We had a fabulous experience enjoying the beautiful ocean view and the fresh seafood !!! Started with garlic clams and grilled Buffalo octopus… followed by the lazy lobster scampi and grouper risotto, it was amazing! Very fresh seafood. Highly recommend! Also waiters were extremely friendly. Thank you for an amazing Sunday afternoon experience.
